Emilie Peloquin has more than 15 years of experience in the welding and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) industry. She holds a welding degree with CWB certifications and an Associate’s Degree in Non-Destructive Examination Technologies, where she trained in accordance with SNT-TC-1A across all major NDT methods.

In her current role as the Executive Director of Global NDT Application Engineering at Evident (a Wabtec company), Emilie leads a worldwide team dedicated to supporting NDT applications across multiple industry sectors. Her group plays a critical role in bridging field realities with new technology development, ensuring inspector needs directly inform product strategy and innovation.

Emilie is an active contributor to the broader NDT community. She serves as an elected Director (second term) for the American Society for Nondestructive Testing (ASNT) and participates in several key code and standards committees. Within the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, Section V, she is the Chair of the Full Matrix Capture (FMC) Working Group and Vice-Chair of the In-Service Inspection (ISI) Subsection. Her leadership supports the advancement of industry practices, emerging technologies, and the next generation of NDT professionals.
